1. 概述

Amazon Listing Helper（"本扩展"）致力于保护您的隐私。本政策说明本扩展收集、使用和存储哪些数据。我们遵循「最小化收集」原则：只处理提供服务所必需的数据，且默认将数据保存在您的设备本地。

2. 我们收集的数据

本地存储（默认，不离开您的设备）：

• 您输入的 Listing 内容（产品名称、卖点、关键词、品牌、自定义要求）——仅用于生成，保存在浏览器本地存储
• 设置项（API 提供商、模式、默认品牌名、违禁词扩展、面板开关、日志开关）
• 授权状态与许可密钥——保存在本地，校验时仅发送密钥本身
• 操作日志（生成/优化记录、耗时、错误）——保存在本地，供您排查；可随时清空
• 匿名设备标识（UUID）——仅用于授权设备绑定（见第 4 节）

服务器处理（仅「平台模式」时）：

• API 请求内容——转发给 AI 服务商（DeepSeek/OpenAI）用于生成 Listing
• 授权校验请求（密钥 + 设备标识）——用于验证订阅状态与设备绑定数量
• 我们不查看、不分析、不长期保留您的 API 请求内容；服务器仅记录密钥的使用次数与设备绑定关系

3. 数据用途

• 生成/优化您的 Listing 文案（核心功能）
• 校验授权状态、防止密钥共享（设备绑定）
• 本地日志供您排查问题

4. 设备标识与授权绑定

为防止一个许可密钥被多人共享，本扩展会在首次使用时生成一个匿名的随机设备标识（UUID）保存在本地。该标识：

• 不含任何个人信息（非设备型号、非 IP、非 Cookie）
• 仅用于授权服务记录「该密钥绑定了多少台设备」（上限 2 台）
• 设备 30 天不使用后，绑定记录会自动释放

5. 第三方服务

AI 生成请求会转发至以下服务商处理，其数据收集与使用受各自隐私政策约束：

• DeepSeek（深度求索）——AI 文案生成
• OpenAI（如您选择该提供商）——AI 文案生成

建议同时查阅上述服务商的隐私政策。

6. 数据安全

• 所有服务器通信均通过 HTTPS 加密传输
• 您的 API 密钥存储于浏览器本地，服务器不存储您的自带密钥
• 平台模式使用的服务器密钥在传输中不落盘

7. 数据保留与删除

• 本地数据：卸载扩展或清除浏览器数据即全部删除
• 服务器数据：授权绑定记录在设备 30 天不活跃后自动释放；您可联系管理员删除密钥记录
• 日志：可随时在设置页「运行日志」中清空

8. 您的权利

• 访问与删除：您可随时查看或清除本扩展在您设备上的全部本地数据
• 停止使用：卸载扩展即停止一切数据收集
• 疑问或要求删除服务器数据，请联系下方邮箱

9. 政策变更

如本政策发生实质变更，我们会在本页面更新并标注「最近更新」日期。重大变更（如新增数据收集）会通过扩展更新说明告知。

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Amazon Listing Helper ("the Extension") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, use, and store. We follow a data-minimization principle: only data necessary to provide the service is processed, and by default everything stays on your device.

2. Data We Collect

Stored locally (default — never leaves your device):

• Your listing content (product name, selling points, keywords, brand, custom requirements) — used only for generation, stored in browser local storage
• Settings (API provider, mode, default brand, forbidden-word additions, panel/log toggles)
• License status and key — stored locally; only the key itself is sent during validation
• Operation logs (generation/optimization records, duration, errors) — stored locally for troubleshooting; can be cleared anytime
• Anonymous device identifier (UUID) — used only for license device binding (see Section 4)

Processed by server (Platform Mode only):

• API request content — forwarded to AI providers (DeepSeek/OpenAI) to generate your listing
• License validation (key + device identifier) — to verify subscription status and device-binding count
• We do not view, analyze, or retain your API request content; the server only records key usage count and device bindings

3. How We Use Data

• Generate/optimize your listing copy (core function)
• Validate license status and prevent key sharing (device binding)
• Local logs for troubleshooting

4. Device Identifier & License Binding

To prevent one license key being shared across many people, the Extension generates an anonymous random device identifier (UUID) on first use, stored locally. This identifier:

• Contains no personal information (no device model, no IP, no cookies)
• Is used only to record how many devices a key is bound to (limit: 2)
• Is released automatically after 30 days of inactivity

5. Third-Party Services

AI generation requests are forwarded to the following providers, whose data handling is governed by their own privacy policies:

• DeepSeek — AI copy generation
• OpenAI (if selected) — AI copy generation

6. Data Security

• All server communication is encrypted via HTTPS
• Your API key is stored in browser local storage; the server never stores your own key
• Platform-mode server key is never persisted during transit

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Local data: fully removed when you uninstall the Extension or clear browser data
• Server data: license binding records auto-release after 30 days of inactivity; you may contact the admin to delete key records
• Logs: can be cleared anytime in Settings > Run Logs

8. Your Rights

• Access & delete: view or clear all local data anytime
• Stop using: uninstalling the Extension stops all data collection
• Questions or requests to delete server data: contact us via the email below

9. Policy Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes (e.g., new data collection) will be announced via extension update notes.
